Yoga Fit

Yoga Fit intertwines fitness moves with basic yoga postures. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.

Origami Monday

A fun and relaxing beginner-friendly origami class! Whether you’re new or have some skills, come fold with us and enjoy the art of paper folding.

Cellphone Basics

YOGA FIT


Zumba

Zumba is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of older adults.

Fit & Flow with Fang

Wednesday 10am – 11am
This class is designed to improve flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being. There are two-parts in the exercise with half hour stretching and focus on breathing on the chair and half hour exercise standing.

Theater Dance

Wednesday 11:30am – 12:30pm
This fun and energetic class blends Latin, Jazz, and Commercial Dance styles to stay active while learning new moves. The instructor will guide students through a warm-up, followed by dancing to lively music and practicing choreographed steps.


Dance & Tone

Moving to music combines stretching, yoga, dancing, Qi Gong & Tai Chi for a healthy workout to music.

Health Talk

Health and educational talks conduct individual consultations to address your current health concerns. Provide baseline Health Assessments for self-care & management.

Balance, Strength, & Flex

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is the perfect way to relax. Stretches can be done seated and standing for all levels.
