Our Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) & Neighborhood Development Area (NDA) Both programs provide exciting weekly activities for adults 60 and better and include: Exercise, Dance, Mind Body Awareness, Health & Wellness, Community Engagement, Educational, Creative Arts, Technology and Social Services, information and assistance.

Our Programs
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is the perfect way to get relaxed. Stretches seated and standing for all levels. These classes will be held on Zoom 10am-10:45am on Mondays.
Walking Club
Seasonal Walking Club is a 6 week Fall program. We take walks to Kissena Park, Botanical Gardens, and other historical sites in the Queens neighborhood.
Moving to Music
Moving to Music combines stretching, yoga, dancing, and Qi Gong and Tai Chi for a healthy workout to music. These classes are in-person on Thursdays
Easy Origami
Easy Origami is a fun and relaxing class to learn Origami. This class takes place on Zoom from 12:30pm-2pm on Thursdays. *Conducted primarily in Chinese*
Chit Chat
Chit-Chat with us to practice speaking English! These classes are FREE and require registration. Classes are on Zoom every Friday at 6pm.
iPad Classes
IPad Classes are in-person at the YWCA of Queens. 6 sessions will teach you basic skills, knowledge, and functions. These classes start in November, every Friday at 1pm.
