This past Saturday, March 14th, Certified Trainer Keith Allen led the Everyday Fitness Seminar which focused on incorporating healthy habits into your daily life. In addition to eating nutritious foods, Keith says there are 5 basic elements of everyday fitness.
1) Maintaining good posture
2) Maintaining shoulder mobility
3) Keeping your back straight when you bend down
4) Squatting properly
5) Getting up off the floor
After a series of simple exercises, everyone came from the event standing a little taller.
