Last week, we were super busy advocating for funding for our programs. On Tues, March 3rd, our ESL Program Manager Clifford Prisament took about 20 of our students all the way out to Albany to rally for continued funding for ESL programs. Then on Thurs, March 5th, our Executive Director Helen Kim spoke during a press conference in the snow, asking the NY City Council to continue its financial support of Asian Pacific American communities. It was a very busy week! We’re doing everything we can to ensure that we can keep offering programs to our members!
